Language Sheets

Terms

Version of 15 October 2026. These terms cover languagesheets.com, the Language Sheets app and our numbers sites (numbersinfrench.com and its sister sites), which share one account.

Who we are

Language Sheets is published by Digital Signet Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@digitalsignet.com.

The service

Language Sheets makes printable worksheets for language teaching, with answer keys. Making, printing and downloading sheets is free and needs no account. A free account lets you save sheets and open them again on any computer. There is no paid plan at present. If we add one, these terms will be updated first and you will be told before anything changes for your account.

Your account

Using the sheets

You may print, photocopy and share the sheets you make for teaching, in class, at home or online (for example in Google Classroom, Teams or a school website). You may not sell them or offer them as part of a paid resource collection. Sheets with pictures carry the OpenMoji credit, which their CC BY-SA 4.0 licence requires; please leave it in place.

The words

Every word in our lists is checked in two published dictionaries before it reaches a sheet (see how we check), and the numbers come from engines tested against every value. Mistakes are still possible. If you find one, tell us at hello@digitalsignet.com and we will correct it. Please check a sheet before using it for a test that counts.

What we are responsible for

The service is provided free and as it is. We aim to keep it running and your saved sheets safe, and we back up the data that holds them, but we cannot promise it will be available at every moment. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from relying on a sheet without checking it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Your data

What we store and why is set out in the privacy page. Product emails are sent only if you ask for them, and each one has a one-click unsubscribe.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we publish the new version here with its date, and ask you to agree to it the next time you sign in.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere you keep the protections your local law gives you.
